Our scientists also chose a water-based cinnamon, to reduce the chance of it building up in your body. We anticipate that after a week or more of discontinuing your use of CLEARGUARD, the cinnamon constituents will be washed out of your system. Then, if your nose continues to be stuffy, you can resume using CLEARGUARD.
